Some slide front & flip models ie. Samsung D500, E350, D600, D900 etc.. can experience screen problems, that are caused by the ribbon that attaches the screen to the phones main board.

If the screen appears fine, except the display may be just blank white, or corrupted, or upside down.  You may also notice that some buttons are not responding under the screen, this again is caused by the ribbon wearing.  If your LCD looks intact you probably just need the ribbon replacing.
